Terms of Service
When we say "the Company," we mean GoldenShore and whoever they own or partner with. "The Services" is what we offer—digital strategy and brand positioning work. That includes: (a) the strategy platform we run, sometimes called the "Platform," hosted by us or our partners; (b) the deliverables we create for you, also known as "Work Product."
1. Grant of a Limited License
If you agree to these terms and follow them, you can use our Services. You're not allowed to: (a) use the Services for anything outside your own internal strategy and brand work; (b) use hacks, mods, or third-party tools to access or change the Services; (c) try to figure out how it works, get around security, or make unauthorized copies of our deliverables or platform; (d) mess with the Services, our infrastructure, or block other people from using what we built; (e) break any laws or regulations while you're using this stuff.
2. Eligibility
You're saying you have the power to agree to this in your country, or that you can agree on behalf of a minor organization as someone authorized to do that.
3. Ownership
Everything in the Services—accounts, code, docs, writing, analysis, frameworks, data, all of it—belongs to us or our partners. That's it.
4. User Accounts
We can suspend, delete, or change your account whenever we want, for whatever reason, with no warning.
5. Indemnity
We're not responsible for losses, damage, costs, or claims that come from the Services or how you use them. That covers lost data, account lockouts, missing insights, business going down—any of it. Same thing with outages, the platform being down, glitches, bugs, or slowdowns that keep you from your deliverables or strategy work. You agree to cover our losses if something you do with the Services causes us a problem—any cost, claim, liability, or damage we end up paying for because of you.
6. Termination
We can end this agreement whenever we decide, for any reason, no notice needed.
7. Changes to this Agreement or the Services
We can change these terms or the Services anytime, at our discretion, whenever.
